What we believe

Field training is the most important training a provider ever gets.

Remember when you first got on? Somebody handed you a radio and walked you out there. Field training is the one time in a career a provider gets one-on-one shaping into the medic the organization needs. Everything after it is mostly compliance.

Documentation matters for everyone. It's when the quality doesn't match what's being said that no decision can be made. The way out isn't more documentation. It's fewer, better-shaped judgments.

The ones doing well aren't the problem. They still go through the process, and the record still has to show where they are. It's when the record doesn't match what people are saying that nobody can make a decision.

Why we believe it

We've written the evaluations and made the clearance calls.

We've been the FTO writing the DOR at the end of a 12-hour shift, and the training officer trying to make a clearance call from it. Pipeline started in 2017 because the paperwork wasn't answering the question. No investors. No partners. Just providers.
